Christmas cards! Anytime is a good time to bless and be blessed. But Christmas reminds us of that especially. That's one reason not to diminish the importance of occasions and traditions. It's a day to celebrate the One who brought us happy things like rainbows and makes life colourful and worth living. Merry Christmas folks!

I get angry when I see cancer and disease taking away things and people it should not. I get angry at the devil because he is taking what does not belong to him. He came to steal, kill and destroy. But I stand on the truth that "the reason the Son of God came was to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8). And I must pray, have faith and work for that kingdom which I wish to see, come.

Every six steps from Obed-Edom's house to the city, David paused, sacrificed a bull and fattened calf, and danced with all his might. All in the effort to please God by doing what was right. Imagine - every six steps. Most of us would have gotten frustrated from impatience. But David would rather please God. How many of us have this patience and longing to please God by doing right no matter what it takes? How many of us will choose to be Davids - people after God's own heart? (Ref: 2 Samuel 6, the Bible)
