9th - 12th dec. is thurs - sun! that means i'll miss like, one and a half days of camp. i can come friday aftn. onwards! yipee! :) heh wow. it's 9am. i woke up at 8.45 that's early you know. ok. it's not early. but considering that i could wake up at 11 or 12 or whatever, well, it's early. but i decided to wake up earlier coz on saturdays, i hardly get any work done. the whole aftn. is usually wasted. so i'll go do some work now. and sleep in the aftn. then do more work at night. so smart huh, me? sheesh you know, mrs robert solomon seems pretty boring a person. she came for my PL's thanksgiving and she talked for....a very long time. on how she got saved. very boring. these 2 rude girls were like, taking pictures with their handphone during that time?!?!? er..... hey! i just found out from my new friend (haha.) that when i finish my diploma, i can go overseas and do a degree in mass comm! a degree in anything in the arts! wh

ah. it'll be quite some time before i go to fish &. co again. i'm a bit like, sick of it already. bah. haha eric, my last post? class "ended" at 9.30 and i had to wait till 3pm. and then anyway, was waiting for my friend so i got super bored coz i didn't have anything to do then! :P but well, haha. bardee, there's colours la. there was one colour episode. coz there was this thief who stole all the colours. smtg like that. he made everything black n white la. then the powerpuff girls playing their music and the colours spread..everything went back to colour again. including the thief! i remember hokay. it's COLOURS .

Learned Helplessness *For Hui* on social psychology ;) Would you believe me if I told you that once we are taught to fail sub-conciously in whatever aspect, we WILL fail? Makes you doubt the power of the will ya? A test was done:Groups A and B were given a test with 3 Q. to do. Both groups were given the impression that they were doing the SAME QUESTIONS- but actually, group B had more difficult questions.After a few minutes with Q.1, Group A naturally finished the question first (they had the easy questions, remember?). Group B was thus asked to move on instead of completing their first question. When it came to Q. 2 Group A finished first again. Group B  was asked to move on without completing their 2nd question (again). Final question. BOTH GROUPS HAD THE SAME QUESTION. However, within a short time, Group A managed to solve the question first!!!How is that so?? If group B FINALLY had the same question as group A, shouldn't group B finish at least at the same

haha. nancy failed my thumbnails. i got a wonderful 20/60. why? coz my work (which we were supposed to do abstract drawing) was too abstract. uh. ohkay ohwells.     crash course on how to use photoshop later. i have to do my poster. and i can't draw so well, too bad for me :) haha   i gave away a bible today :) to someone in school :)   this guy from business came to use my friend's studio table today without telling her. and he brought this girl with her. they were talking eating talking talking till the studio got crowded then they started uh, studying i guess.     969 took about 15 mins only this morn. and going home, it took like....half an hour. the uncle was driving very slowly. but it was like some tram ride on sentosa. the view's quite nice. can take some nice pictures actually. haha. taking photos are fuuun!   today daryl returned me my glue and scissors. then the guys borrowed it during class and so now, my glue's gone again. haha. and

(i was painting faster in church than i did in sch) uh. sorry about my moodiness that night. yeaps.   this font is verdana . ah*hui is sooper tired. on the way back home in the mrt just now..when sarah and deb were just about to go out, they practically shouted my name out loud for the whole train compartment to hear. they were like, "BYE BYE JINGHUI!" and they ran out the door and after looking at them, everyone (almost.i think) looked at me looking at them with wide eyes and a half-open mouth, frozen. i was like...so embarassed. haha. but it was quite funny. :) i was saying...we got all the courses i could have been in here! coz sarah's in hospitality and tourism. and debbie is in mass comm. both of which i got in. but didn't choose. ah. sometimes i regret not choosing mass comm a bit. not that i regret choosing design. but that i regret NOT choosing mass comm [ :/ ] but well, yea. :) i bought a skirt. ah. i think you pple have never seen me in a skirt before huh? at least not for a long time. not counting my pl uniform. ah. haha... aniwae, happy birthday to a lot o

ok. apel was pretty ok. a bit boring at the start but pretty ok. yea. the last part, we all had to do a skit and a painting. the courses got split up into 2. i chose to do the skit. it was a pretty lame aeroplane scene and i was the narrator who didn't have much to say. :) and i got a compliment! haha. that i'm a good director and i seemed to be experienced. haha. ah wells. it was good interaction time :)

ah crap. there's APEL tmr in sch frmo 8.30-5.30 so that's like the whole day gone. and on what? well, it's like CME. that means i have less time to do my work. and i have a lot of work to do. i stayed back to finish my colour stuff tmr. mixing paints to [aint little square boxes. 120 boxes. plus the extra 10 coz i didn't do last week's work. the postcard that i did for pl's thanksgiving service looked nice when i did it. but i just got the printed copy. and guess what? it looks horrible. the black is not as dark as the one i used so the silver and milky blue on it doesn't stand out. and on the back, it was supposed to be my handwriting. but we were gonna change it. told them to use verdana. and my friend said she'd ask them to find something similar to my handwriting. but of course, no such thing(that's why i asked them to use verdana. but they didn't) and the colour is different. it's not silver and blue words. it's silver and g

help me think! what should i try to sell? for marketing design class, i have to think of a product to sell. i'll be trying to "convince" the investors to invest in my product. eg. this guy was "selling" a pacifier. really good, that one. he said that because the birth rate in s'pore is declining, means it's now less kids per couple. so even though his product is more expensive, coz it's only one kid per couple instead of say, three, they'll be more willing to spend more money on that one kid. and that was really good. yeaps. then there was coffee powder in pills. and banana boat sunblock upgrade and a dustbin with something to kill insects that come near and a what do you call it? uh....i forgot. ah. the spray nice smell one. which i thought wasn't a very good idea. not the idea. but like, how to market?! nvm. and an improved waterbottle. and i don't know what else anybody got any suggestions? help! chinee suggested photo al

let me tell you a bit more about my photo-taking time... i didn't know i would have to wait so long after pressing the button for the picture to get taken so i wasted several shots coz i moved the camera away. and coz i had to wait so long, the camera was like, shaking most of the time coz my hand was shaking. and twice while i was half-squatting and taking a picture, after taking pressing the button down, i lost my balance so that was another 2 gone. hahaha. chinee's trying to find her tripod. i'm trying to do nancy's homework. we've got 10 to do. so far, i've done 1 and a half. cool. i have no idea what to do. and all the magazines that i got here are women's magazines! so most of the stuff that i can tear out are just...pictures of women! like, all the fashion clothes. ahhhh.
