No Matter What It Takes

Every six steps from Obed-Edom's house to the city, David paused, sacrificed a bull and fattened calf, and danced with all his might. All in the effort to please God by doing what was right.

Imagine - every six steps.

Most of us would have gotten frustrated from impatience. But David would rather please God.

How many of us have this patience and longing to please God by doing right no matter what it takes? How many of us will choose to be Davids - people after God's own heart?

Weekend at Lakes Entrance

A weekend away at Lakes Entrance, 6 friends made up of 3 couples, coinciding on my birthday weekend. Stopped at Warragul Thai which was delicious and well priced. Then crabbing on a fine afternoon with a few minutes of soaking rain. All for a good haul of sweet sand crabs, later oven baked with duck fat. Mm mm.
