jeremy was telling us about all the stuff after ym camp and it's like....ARGH! coz i'll be away...sob. ohwells.
there's carolling. and joyce will be leading worship and blah and blah and ym will be playing for p&p service! that most prob means ushers have to help out too. ah. ah. ah. shucks.
i'll be going to london/nottingham from10th dec ....till ...i dunno when. early jan i guess. and i'll be transiting at bankok. joy says transitting is scary and heathrow,london is crowded so it's scary too. ah. nice. and i have to wait about 3 hours in between while waiting to get on the plane to london in bangkok and my mom is asking a family friend who works in that airport to come talk to me and all and i'm like...huh?
not that i don't like her. but it's just that i'll feel super awkward and all that lah. coz like, i don't know her at all. and i'm not exactly a social butterfly or whatever so i'm gonna have difficulty talking to her and all that. ah. ah.

was pretty good. lots of ice-breakers. and : my favourite cartoon character is SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS...i think. melissa, zhou hao, joel choong and i all like spongebob. haha.
then did some brainstorming kinda thing on stuff about worship....answered some questions ernest set. was good.
played for worship lead by joel. quite fun playing for worship again. didn't get deaf though i was standing right in front of the drums which mark was playing. yeps. didin't have to sutff tissue paper.
sometimes when jerrold plays, jeremy and i stuff tissue paper into our ears. haha...
worship was good. ministry time. i played the keyboard while they prayed and all. my neck/back got tired. haha. stand there so long, looking down at the keyboard, not knowing what to play [i don't rem playing for ministry time before]
bummed around a bit before we all had to go upstairs. jeremy asked me to play for his worship coz karen wasn't gonna be there.ahhh. no chords given again.played the guitar...shadrach too. some of us worshipped. and shdarch played in keys i couldn't. like E. whee. haha. and strum so fast. my hand got tired i kept stopping. haha
then got chased into our romms to go sleep by jeremy at ard 2am..,..which was a good thing coz day 2 was another quite long day.
went down early to do the chords. since mark was there jeremy asked him to play. then jeremy asked why i always look so..sad when i play for him. i was like...eh. and think about it....maybe it's coz i always have no chords and i panic a bit coz i'll play all wrong and all that coz sometimes i can't hear myself. which was what happened for the first half of the worship but nvm. i think i'm a bit deaf but that's ok.
quite funny. shadrach, mark n yang shen were talking most of the time. made funny suggestions and all.
i think we should stick to the same bands for at least 6 months because we'll most prob learn more that way. firstly, spiritually....we grow together as a group. and we get comdy and get to know each other better so the friendship and all that develops. we know each other better. become good friends....easier to talk to each other about stuff. and then, technically. as in, the way we play/sing. like, if there are 2 keybardists, one is more experienced...she can teach the other person. we know each other's weaknesses so we can help each other just work on those parts slowly, know how the person has progressed, encourage the person and all that. yeps.
then workshop thingie by joyce who's my YSGL. she was a beebee..bebe. whatever. haha.tt's a back-up vocalist.
and then we broke into grps to write about our vision for ym worship and stuff like that. since i wasn't in any band, larissa and i joined band beloved. yeps. alex presented. quite funny (i realised a lot of things seem to be "quite funny" but nvm about that)
then ida's worship and jeremy announced who will be in 2003's worship comm. dinner. bummed around. jammed. ok. kinda jammed. magdalene and i were like...trying to figure out the keyboard but didn't do very well on that. until jeremy came and wowed everyone...as usual. haha...then went home with ida where we were singing all the way home. yes, even on the mrt. softly tho. later pple think we siao ah. haha...
why i write so detailed ah? maybe for pple like xue. haha. nvm xue, you get to go for ym camp so (",) smile! lalala
went back to the childcare center today and ahh! the kids forgot how to play the song. but nvm. they caught on quite fast after playing a few times. the bells are so argh!?!?!?!!! stupid spring. make the bell bounce all over the place so when you ring, there are multiple sounds. not good. not good at all. but nvm. must thank GOD. got bells. tt's good enough.
