In Jeremiah 32:38-41 (NIV)

In Jeremiah 32:38-41 (NIV), God lovingly tells the Israelites that

"they will be my people, and I will be their God.
I will give them singleness of heart and action,
so that they will always fear me for their own good
and the good of their children after them.

I will make an everlasting covenant with them:
I will never stop doing good to them,
and I will inspire them to fear me,
so that they will never turn away from me.

I will rejoice in doing them good
and will assuredly plant them in this land with all my heart and soul."


Today, God says the same things to us, as His children in the new covenant.

Weekend at Lakes Entrance

A weekend away at Lakes Entrance, 6 friends made up of 3 couples, coinciding on my birthday weekend. Stopped at Warragul Thai which was delicious and well priced. Then crabbing on a fine afternoon with a few minutes of soaking rain. All for a good haul of sweet sand crabs, later oven baked with duck fat. Mm mm.
