We often find out too late in life that attaining a pursuit and finding fulfillment are not necessarily the same thing. It is surely possible to find meaning without achieving extraordinary success. Many people do. Immense success does not always bring meaning or fulfillment. For some, finding their calling does mean success, but often this success comes after repeated failures. And sometimes it takes an entire lifetime to recognize God’s calling.

Weekend at Lakes Entrance

A weekend away at Lakes Entrance, 6 friends made up of 3 couples, coinciding on my birthday weekend. Stopped at Warragul Thai which was delicious and well priced. Then crabbing on a fine afternoon with a few minutes of soaking rain. All for a good haul of sweet sand crabs, later oven baked with duck fat. Mm mm.
